I have access to hundreds of business clients that need good quality low cost websites.
I need a website designer to work for me to build them for my clients.
I will pay per job and agreed, fair price.
In return I can provide office space with shared meeting room at no charge.
In return I would want several hours work every month (figure to be mutually agreed upon) on my website. My website needs occasional ongoing attention.
