Need a fantastic doc/locum who can help manage condition in ADELAIDE, South Australia

I have been really unwell lately, I am only young but suffer, bouts of chronic fatigue and severe pain from fibromyalgia and arthritis. I have been really anxious stressed lately and have been having severe pain especially in my back to the point I am having trouble bending, sitting or even sleeping its horrible. I am already on tramadol daily but it isnt even touching the pain. My stress has also been causing severe high blood pressure resulting in hospital visits. Basically Im seeking a good understanding doctor who can properly treat me as my current GP isnt helping, I am seeking adequate management of my fatigue as I currently am not being treated for it at all I often sleep 12-16 hours, better treatment for my pain and a solution to decrease my stress levels to avoid my high blood pressure, I work a lot so I dont have time for meditation or other hippy stuff. Just want effective treatment not excuses and suffering. Im tired of feeling like a 60 year old in my 20's please help. I know Australialisted is an odd place to post this but Im desperate
