Nikon AF-S Nikkor 80-200mm f/2.8 D ED Lens with HB-17 lens hood in "mint condition".
Lens is in excellent operational condition, AF is fast and precise. This version has the fast AFS (fast silent wave) motor unlike the 80-200 f 2.8 AFD which has slower and noisier AF motor. This lens is the equivalent to the current AFS 70-200 VRII which is over $2400 new. Many would agree that this lens is just about equal in image quality, it even surpasses the image quality on the AFS 70-200 VRI (version 1). I have had this lens for 2 yrs and has given me outstanding sharp images. I just don't use it enough, so it has to go. It has always been stored in a protected /padded camera bag in cool dry conditions, and has always had a filter on it to protect the front element( filter is not included). Lens has no scratches or fungus. It comes with both rear and front lens caps, the leather case and original box.
