SP is recruiting a motivated and experienced Head Chef for our opening Contemporary Sushi Restaurant in the heart of Adelaide.
Our concept brings the bold and zesty flavors with an edge of high end Japanese to Adelaide, creating a cozy and informal social gathering place where fussy diners can enjoy the delicious sushi whilst drinking premium cocktails, sake and shochu.
We are seeking a Head Chef who is passionate about sushi and can completely organize and manage a busy kitchen, delivering outstanding food quality, presentation and service for a 100-seat. restaurant.
It is a full time, long term position with a negotiable salary of 70K+/Superannuation/Benefits and amazing growth opportunities.
Previous experience as a Head Chef, Sushi Chef or similar is required.
