MOSS is a leading Adelaide Classic Rock Band. MOSS audiences experience high-energy party and dance songs from the last 6 decades. The MOSS play list has been selected to deliver a memorable performance for anyone who has lived and loved the music of the time. MOSS will rock the dance floor and the energy will keep pumping throughout the night.
The repeat Performance rate of MOSS is Currently 66.07% but we want to build our market so we need to assistance of a Sales and Marketing professional.
Whilst we imagine this position is most suited to a Marketing Graduate or Under Graduate, we welcome applications from those that can demonstrate competency and capability for this positions requirement
KEY RESULT AREAS:
- Brand Management - Review and Manage ongoing the MOSS brand.
- Develop strategy to ensure the Name MOSS becomes "Top of Mind" with suitable Venues and Agents
- Make recommendations to enhance the bands appeal.
- Manage communications i.e. Direct, Website, Facebook and Twitter
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Achieve and maintain an average of a minimum four (4) performances per month
- Achieve financial returns (to be disclosed)
