Central Adelaide Local Health Network, Central Mental Health Indicative Total Remuneration RN/M $73,735-$0,273 (pro rata) / ENC/END $60,308-$72,878 (pro rata) - Part Time / Ongoing Appointment Registered Nurse - Within the framework of the National Mental Health Policy and the Standards for Mental Health Services and in a manner consistent with the stated Vision and Values of SA Health, the Mental Health Nurse Level I under the guidance of, or with access to, a Level 2 Mental Health Nurse, use the process of nursing to deliver direct and comprehensive nursing care and individual case management to mental health consumers within a designated practice setting. The provision of education, counselling and group work is considered essential components of care which are directed towards the attainment of optimum consumer health and recovery. This involves consultation and liaison with other professional disciplines and non governmental organisations. Enrolled Nurse - Within the framework of the National Mental Health Policy and the Standards for Mental Health Services and in a manner consistent with the stated Vision and Values of SA Hralth, the Enrolled Nurse under the supervision of, Registered Nurse, use the process of nursing to deliver direct and effective nursing care to mental health consumers within a designated practice setting. The Enrolled Nurse participates in the processes of nursing care delivery, and participates in the maintenance of a physically safe and culturally sensitive environment for consumers and staff. The Enrolled Nurse demonstrates a level of competence that meets the professional, legal and ethical requirements of the nursing profession.
