Flinders Medical Centre Indicative Total Remuneration $.93-$36.74 p/hr – AHP1; $38.78-$44.90 p/hr – AHP2 (pro rata) – Casual Passionate about making a difference in healthcare, this is a key position within the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network where you will undertake a clinical role providing physiotherapy services for an allocated caseload. At the AHP1 level, you will work under the direction and support of a senior physiotherapist. You will be responsible for the assessment and management of patients which results in improved patient care and outcomes. Enjoy working autonomously or as a member of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, you will have professional responsibility for the physiotherapy management of a caseload of patients across a diverse range of work units. This may include Orthopaedic and Vascular Surgery, Neurosciences, General Medicine and Aged Care, Cardiorespiratory, Women's Health and Outpatients. At the AHP2 level, you will operate under limited supervision, with responsibility in planning, implementation and reporting on services provided. You must hold a degree or other qualification which entitles registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia. Your clinical experience working in an acute health care setting combined with sound physiotherapy skills in the assessment and management of patients with a broad range of conditions will be essential to success in this role. You will possess well developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to relate to people of various ages, cultures and backgrounds. To be considered at the AHP2 level, you must bring considerable experience in the training and supervision of physiotherapists and students, as well as a proven track record in effective development, implementation and evaluation of physiotherapy services.
