HR Manager in ADELAIDE, South Australia

This role is a point of contact for employees and managers in relation to performance, culture, morale and general human resource issues. In carrying out these tasks, the incumbent plays a leadership role in reinforcing positive aspects of company culture and supporting best practice management behaviours. It is also critical in the provision of support for the underlying human resource function.
