You are an experienced Occupational Rehab Consultant, and can do assessments & case management until your blue in the face. Now you?re looking for progression and a step up in your career. Now you would like to join a provider that allows you to assist in building the business and rapport with clients from the business end.

They require a strong team player to manage their team?s works in their Adelaide based office.. You will have continued professional development throughout this role and be apart of a multi-disciplinary team.
We are looking for a goal-oriented health professional with a strong business sense, who can lead by example and motivate their staff.
You will be responsible for:
Building and maintaining customer relationships which lead to increases in customer satisfaction and business turnover.
Ensuring the office meets legislative and stakeholder requirements.
Maintaining own skills through providing case/risk management services
Professional staff management, coaching and development
Specific Requirements:
Allied health qualifications ? Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Rehab Counsellor or Psychologist
Minimum 3-5 years occupational rehab experience
Proven experience in Business Development and knowledge of Workers Compensation Legislation & Occupational Rehab industry.
Previous management or leadership highly regarded
Strong business acumen with a desire to increase management responsibilities
