PHARMACIST ROTATING - PHARMACY Job Reference: 3690 Job Description: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Pharmacy Indicative Total Remuneration: $77,535 - $85,390 Perm F/T PO2 You ll contribute to the provision of a quality, cost effective pharmaceutical service supporting patient care needs. Working with medical and nursing personnel, you ll provide safe, rational and effective drug therapy through a broad based range of professional, dispensing, counselling, manufacturing and drug information advisory services. You ll ensure quality use of medicines in accordance with policies and directives, as well as contributing to clinical teaching programs for pharmacy undergraduates and postgraduates. You ll have a degree or equivalent qualification in Pharmacy giving eligibility for registration with the Pharmacy Board. With pre-registration training or post-registration experience in hospital or community pharmacy practice, you ll be able to dispense medicines efficiently and accurately.
