PHYSIOTHERAPIST – CITY VIEWS Job Reference: 3796 Job Description: Repatriation General Hospital, Division of RAC & AH, Physiotherapy Indicative Total Remuneration: $59,343 - $73,909 (pro rata) Perm P/T PO1 The PO1 Physiotherapy clinician is a member of an interdisciplinary Transitional Care Program; rehabilitation team based at City Views providing services to patients needing transitional care rehabilitation through City Views. Services are provided primarily centre based but some home visiting work may be required. The role of the PO1 is supported by PO2 staff within this service and/or within the discipline department. The incumbent is responsible to the Director Physiotherapy RGH for professional practice and to the Program manager of City Views for the provision of a comprehensive clinical service, providing a team based client centred approach to client care resulting in improved outcomes for clients.
